They are also equipped with the VersaTrac system for easy customization, and each application installs with no drilling required (NOTE: Mounting brackets are not included with this particular package and must be purchased separately). Whether you use your truck for hard work, off-road fun or a little of both, SlimGrip running boards are up to the task. They are made with 5052 aluminum alloy to be strong, lightweight and highly resistant to corrosion. They are also coated in a textured black powder coat finish that not only enhances corrosion resistance but also helps hide minor scratches, scuffs and grime. These non-skid treads offer fleet-approved safety when entering or exiting your truck, and their metal design makes them highly durable.
